What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We cannot meet expectations of our customers with regards to timelines because we ourselves cannot predict if our IT systems will be functioning at any given time in order to complete tasks.

What do you like best about your company?

The benefits. It is rare to fine 5 weeks paid vacation.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Leadership, feedback, defined career paths, compensation, etc.
