Mr. Dennis C. Cooke has been the President of Global Fleet Management Solutions at Ryder System, Inc. since February 14, 2012. Previously, Mr. Cooke served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Operations, U.S. and Canada Fleet Management Solutions from July 2011 to February 2012. Mr. Cooke served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Morpho Detection, Inc. until July 27, 2011. He joined GE Medical Systems, now GE Healthcare, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1989 as the X-Ray Manufacturing Cycle Time Project Manager. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at GE Homeland Protection, Inc. He moved to the Americas Customer Satisfaction Manager position in 1992. In 1993 he was promoted to the role of Global Product Manager of Classical R&F in X-Ray. In 1996 he was moved to the position of Manager of X-Ray platform planning responsible for the ???Apollo??? Flat Panel Detector. A cross-functional move was next when GEMS moved him to Manager, Global OTR & Logistics in January 1998. He served as General Manager of Global MR Business since June 1999. In August 2003, he was served as Vice President and Corporate Officer of the General Electric Company. Less than two years later in January of 2005, he was promoted to President of GE Security Homeland Protection business. He joined Proxim Inc. in Santa Clara, California as a software engineer after graduation from Purdue in 1988. He served as a Director of Morpho Detection, Inc. Mr. Cooke attended Purdue University, School of Electrical Engineering and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1986 followed by a Master of Science Degree in 1988. He also received a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Chicago in 1995.
