What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has cultivated a very open, candid, and self-motivated culture within the Company. Everyone has tons of freedom to manage their own work and all of us get the job done to perfection to meet the Rapidan standard.

Work effort and results taken for granted. Success is due to the company/brand failure the individual.

I would like more stock options and better health benefits. I don't think this is a gender issue and S&P is not alone in cutting health ben

Very competent group of individuals who have expertise in various segment of the energy industry.

Some team members are not respectful and look down on others, but some are so wonderful it makes working with them fun

My team works very hard and isn’t acknowledged
