What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and professional services and leadership
Not playing favorites with certain people
Actually Apply Genuine care and efforts to helping us, or at least show that they appreciate us. I just know the head management don't think highly of there employees
General manger needs to support warehouse supervisors and not undermine there authority in front of workers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The differential we get paid for 2nd shift
Medical and 401k was comparable with current job market

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are always quick to help
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change of management,management has their friends apply to work and there's alot of Discrimination,specially on morning crew
Long hours are too much. Horrible planning and crisis management are always practiced

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More personal are needed to complete tasks and far to much upper managing and toxic attitudes from general manager
