What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They are inept in every way. Complately self centered. Ahrd to change narcisissts.
Everything. Especially the CEO who does nothing all day and hides behind his closed office door pretending to be important.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like our benefits and 401K package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low pay for all the required work, knowledge. Promises of raises never come to fruition.
A better health benefit plan, and raises to living wages, considering the underpaid/low salaries, would lower the stress level greatly.
19 years of service and knowing that I was going to lose that job because of what I had earned

we go over lots of changes & what issues need to be addressed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
its a team effort, most of us pull our share
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay rates/salaries or overtime allowed to accommodate the employees who do the work of more than one person.
Everything stsrting with the CEO who knows absolutely nothing about the business or the industry and makes no attempt to learn or inspire the workforce.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process is basically paperless.
