Vacation and flex day are good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feeling like I get a share of the spoils in growth periods. Being rewarded for consistent work, not just award winning work.
The amount of the workload we have does not match up to our compensation, but the workload keeps on growing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good, personable and fun team of people.
