There are instances where two employees in the same department report to the same manager but one at a lower level is paid more than one working hard and creating a difference.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Career opportunities are low and politics inside the company is impacting many minds. Consider reports to be part of the same org now and work together to give opportunity to deserving candidates.
Saba acquires Halogen in 2017; however, the effects are more like Halogen acquired Saba. We had to move to all of the Halogen tools, apps and software. Our offices were remodeled to be like Halogen offices instead of vice versa. Very uncollaborative and unfriendly
