How employees describe working at Saba Software
There is a lot of politics going on between Talentspace(Halogen) , Talent link(Lumesse), CSOD, and Saba management. This is eventually giving fewer opportunities to good resources and many have left already. Trust is low as member reports from one company to another inside CSOD now.
Inspiring and always interesting, I love my job.
Saba acquires Halogen in 2017; however, the effects are more like Halogen acquired Saba. We had to move to all of the Halogen tools, apps and software. Our offices were remodeled to be like Halogen offices instead of vice versa. Very uncollaborative and unfriendly
