Trakstar has been such an encouraging and supportive work environment since I joined six months ago. I've never felt so happy and excited to be part of a work place before. My manager is so open to listening and receiving feedback, and there is very good open communication.
Trakstar has been a great experience to grow in a variety of new areas. The leadership does a great job of involving all team members to share their feedback. As a remote-first organization, Trakstar does a great job creating spaces for people to connect on common interests and have fun!
