Leadership is always giving actionable goals that help build skill set, and create positive company atmosphere.

They listen and can be quick to implement strategies that employees bring to the table.

They're always open to receiving feedback. If you have a question, they will always listen and discuss eagerly. I've never spoken to someone unkind within the company. They're very welcoming.
The leadership team is open and transparent about the direction and health of the organization. They solicit feedback regularly, and are not afraid to revisit what is and isn't working so that we can continuously improve as a company.
They are all accessible. When ever you need anything they are always there to lend a hand.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pretty much everything. Some are only leaders out of convenience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is wonderful - Trakstar covers such a large portion of the premium, so it's very manageable. The coverage is also the best I've ever had.
A good employer match when it comes to 401k benefits. Also the ability to work flexible hours to accomodate family activities that may conflict with a traditional 9 to 5 schedule.
Great base pay and opportunity to earn much more. Benefits are robust and very affordable.
Open PTO is the best part.
Unlimited Pro is a great benefit of Trakstar. Employees take an average of 4 weeks!

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is warm and welcoming. We always show up with a smile, and we're always helping each other out. If someone isn't feeling well/having a tough day, everyone is always so supportive and encouraging if we need to step away.
We are close knit and all work together to accomplish company objectives
My team works hard, communicates well, and is the best part of my day.
I love how even though we all work remotely, we have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other; from weekly meetings, to random (optional) questions of the day, to fun activities like trivia & bingo. It's really do to all of this that I know my coworkers really well & consider them friends!
We are like a little family at this point. We disagree sometimes but at the end of the day we all care about each other and enjoy working together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For being 100% WFH, there's a strong culture lead by a few key individuals.
The ability to get to know remote colleagues in different ways. We do fun things like Slack Bingo and other creative games to make space for fun.
Everyone is willing and able to help anyone else with literally anything at anytime! The work culture is relaxed while at the same time we push toward excellence!
Company culture is really positive and fun. You can participate or not. Everyone is really supportive and quick to help if you have a question.
The ability to flex my creative muscles and occasionally step out of the confines of my relatively restrictive job description.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions I was asked weren't the usual questions. There were fun questions incorporated as well, which helped tremendously when I was feeling nervous.
Standardized process helps to move candidates through quickly and be able to bring others into the process to find quality hires.
It was more of a conversation than an interview. We covered the general goals of the business and specific job requirements, but the interview felt very laid back.

My coworkers - it's so nice having these incredible people to chat with throughout the day. And if I have questions, I know I can speak with them to figure things out. The support is strong.
