They're always open to receiving feedback. If you have a question, they will always listen and discuss eagerly. I've never spoken to someone unkind within the company. They're very welcoming.

The leadership team is open and transparent about the direction and health of the organization. They solicit feedback regularly, and are not afraid to revisit what is and isn't working so that we can continuously improve as a company.

They are all accessible. When ever you need anything they are always there to lend a hand.

They listen to our needs and adapt.
