What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health insurance is wonderful - Trakstar covers such a large portion of the premium, so it's very manageable. The coverage is also the best I've ever had.

A good employer match when it comes to 401k benefits. Also the ability to work flexible hours to accomodate family activities that may conflict with a traditional 9 to 5 schedule.

Great base pay and opportunity to earn much more. Benefits are robust and very affordable.

Open PTO is the best part.

Unlimited Pro is a great benefit of Trakstar. Employees take an average of 4 weeks!
