The questions I was asked weren't the usual questions. There were fun questions incorporated as well, which helped tremendously when I was feeling nervous.
Standardized process helps to move candidates through quickly and be able to bring others into the process to find quality hires.
It was more of a conversation than an interview. We covered the general goals of the business and specific job requirements, but the interview felt very laid back.
