What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For being 100% WFH, there's a strong culture lead by a few key individuals.
The ability to get to know remote colleagues in different ways. We do fun things like Slack Bingo and other creative games to make space for fun.
Everyone is willing and able to help anyone else with literally anything at anytime! The work culture is relaxed while at the same time we push toward excellence!
Company culture is really positive and fun. You can participate or not. Everyone is really supportive and quick to help if you have a question.
The ability to flex my creative muscles and occasionally step out of the confines of my relatively restrictive job description.
Since we are 100% remote you can make it what you want it to be. Do you want to participate and interact with your co-workers? Then you can do so via our Slack community/channels. There is ample opportunity to ask questions about the direction we are taking too.
Environment is supportive and understanding
Everyone is really supportive and experimentation is applauded, which is a great opportunity for creatives.
