My team is warm and welcoming. We always show up with a smile, and we're always helping each other out. If someone isn't feeling well/having a tough day, everyone is always so supportive and encouraging if we need to step away.

I love how even though we all work remotely, we have plenty of opportunities to get to know each other; from weekly meetings, to random (optional) questions of the day, to fun activities like trivia & bingo. It's really do to all of this that I know my coworkers really well & consider them friends!

We are like a little family at this point. We disagree sometimes but at the end of the day we all care about each other and enjoy working together.

Some of the best ideas come out of meetings where we throw stuff at the virtual wall & see what sticks. No stuffy, convoluted "business speak" to get in the way of what really matters.
