Really terrible place to work and even worse leadership.
Customer Service. There is one phone number but you just get a recording and they never call you back or reply to emails.
I really enjoy working at Trakstar, it has good work life balance.

There are certain places that need help within the company - particularly within product development. However, most people are hard working, friendly, and actively trying to improve on the culture.
Trakstar has been one of the most rewarding and best places I have ever worked. I appreciate being given the tools to learn all three of our products, along with the trust to roll them out and provide solutions for our customers. I have never felt micro-managed or not supported by leadership.
