There are certain places that need help within the company - particularly within product development. However, most people are hard working, friendly, and actively trying to improve on the culture.
Trakstar has been one of the most rewarding and best places I have ever worked. I appreciate being given the tools to learn all three of our products, along with the trust to roll them out and provide solutions for our customers. I have never felt micro-managed or not supported by leadership.
After 6+ months with this company, I love working with this company. Incredibly accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The team I work with on a daily basis is amazing
