What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?New CSOD has brought good programs for the development of the individuals like trainings, workshops etc
What are some of the best things about your team?New minds and more productive with short period under the guidance of Seniors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?There is a lot of politics going on between Talentspace(Halogen) , Talent link(Lumesse), CSOD, and Saba management. This is eventually giving fewer opportunities to good resources and many have left already. Trust is low as member reports from one company to another inside CSOD now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Career opportunities are low and politics inside the company is impacting many minds. Consider reports to be part of the same org now and work together to give opportunity to deserving candidates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Saba acquires Halogen in 2017; however, the effects are more like Halogen acquired Saba. We had to move to all of the Halogen tools, apps and software. Our offices were remodeled to be like Halogen offices instead of vice versa. Very uncollaborative and unfriendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There are instances where two employees in the same department report to the same manager but one at a lower level is paid more than one working hard and creating a difference.
