What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of politics going on between Talentspace(Halogen) , Talent link(Lumesse), CSOD, and Saba management. This is eventually giving fewer opportunities to good resources and many have left already. Trust is low as member reports from one company to another inside CSOD now.
They care, they listen, they are genuine, they believe in the company and they are committed.

New CSOD has brought good programs for the development of the individuals like trainings, workshops etc
