The cost of benefits is high, I pay 3x what I used to at a former company. The bonus is only paid out 2x a year, but accounts for 20% of my OTE. The base salary and overall OTE is fair compared to other companies, but should be paid quarterly like other companies. Laptop I was given is useless.
