What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need pre matinence and post matinence done on every shift. Reward people who go above and beyond

From what I have seen machines are out dated, they should be refurbished or replaced. People are being over worked (assemblers, welders this causes them to not want to be at work and in foul moods while there. Also give us more GLOVES. 1 more pair per person per week
