Cash base and bonus with stock awards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am severely under paid. A 20-30% raise would motivate me. I live outside of Florida in a much more expensive area which is a benefit to the company but I am not paid, with cost of living taken into account l, fairly and struggle to make ends meet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
co workers go hard for this company even when it doesn't feel like the company goes hard for them

i make it positive regardless of everything else
Many people have been there for over 20 years. I think that speaks volumes.
