They do not care about the employees that have been there for a long time. New employees seems to get all the praise and attention and better pay, thats why we have such a crqzy turnover. Company does not care about employees what so ever.

Better communication and understanding for employee roles. Also keeping existing staff happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued for sure. Gave 8 years to this company and they do not care about you and make you feel unwelcomed. No raise in 4+ years. Noone cares.
