We coordinate and help each other
Safebuilt took over my company, so my manager was from the original company.
Great leadership at the top. Middle management needs training and culling.

Integrity - leading by example -demonstrating a moral compass.
Understanding the business' they bought.

Good health benefits plan with low cost and good coverage for my family

They treat you like a workhorse
Better management, more focus on quality work and less focus on revenue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We train each other about new concerns in the industry
There is a lot of respect and a lot of talent and expertise on my team. I learn something new every day from people who are genuine and who I really like.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Help each other, care about each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The end of the day.
The company really lives its values. We have a CEO and a Head of HR who care about the people and the business. We are seeing new program being put in place that give growth in a growing company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Caring about he workload they give to employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
They treated me professionally and I could feel the trust that they have to their employees
It was fast and to the pont.
I met good people who were more than willing to answer my questions. The interview process was very long - the only real down side.

The place is so welcoming and the break room is always full of food stuffs
