4 years ago when I started, I loved my job. The past year and a half things have been going downhill. Now, it's an absolute disaster and everyone who works there is miserable. I'm surprised the building is still standing considering the amount of incompetence

Poor training, no accountability, lack of communication, employees' voices not heard

The benefits are decent and the compensation is pretty standard for my position
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leaders at my hotel property are completely incompetent and have no idea what is going on. Sage corporate needs to pay more attention and take action
