What perk or benefit should SailPoint have?
401k matching would be amazing, but the ESPP is pretty great. Better healthcare premiums would be my #1 ask, though.
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at SailPoint?
Pretty much the same as most workplaces: mostly observe so you get the lay of the land for your team, but don't be afraid to kick in your thoughts if your previous experience gives you good context. Folks here are very receptive to ideas, regardless of your tenure, so long as you're doing your level best to help out. Additionally, if you're prone to 'off-color' jokes (not racist jokes: those are never okay), be aware that some employees may not be willing to play that game, so take it easy. At the very least, wait until you know your teammates, but it's probably best to keep the racier stuff outside the office.

I met with the entire team (in shifts) in one morning. Took a few days for them to get back to me.

Work hard, play hard. SailPoint values results, not activity, and compensation and rewards take into account peer comparisons, so the more you accomplish, the more you are rewarded. Work/life balance are important at SailPoint. It's not the number of hours, but how efficient and effective you are during the hours you spend working.
