What do you like best about the leadership team?
They challenge the status quo and have set a clear strategic direction that prioritizes innovation and excellence.
Human. They are understanding and help empower the team. They listen, host events, contests and team building exercises that benefit us. We have an 8 person game of dungeons and dragons that our team plays every other Friday. Nothing like slaying evil and adventuring to pull people together.
This team has the experience to be successful and the transparency to inspire the team to do their best.
That they are focused on maintaining our culture while striving for growth.

Performance-based bonus and long-term incentives.

My team is bright, reliable, supportive, and best of all, fun.
High integrity extremely capability team that can do anything it is asked to do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally everyone is relaxed. I havent seena single person get mad or stressed unless it comes to somone not being able to make another a co-worker, partner or customers life better.
We hire folks who are smart and nice. That can be a tough combination to find!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with key stakeholders and get an understanding of how teams work together during the interview process.
Applied, got a call from HR, had a phone interview. Got called back for a manager interview. Got called back again for a team interview, twice. Ended up getting hired for a higher tiered position. Communication was great.

What makes you most happy at work?
My team and getting to work on interesting projects.
The amount to learn. I went from government to this software company and get to learn the ins and outs of a decent sized corporation. I get new challenges across my desk everyday, but they are fun and make me that much better at my position. If i ever left here, I would be well off.
Knowing I'm part of the SailPoint story. Knowing that my decisions and actions are making an impact.
