Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The work and time I give are not what reflect my paycheque. Time vs Reward / Work I do.

The pay should by increased with very comfortable shifts and work from home accorded due to the expensive transport expenses.

Over time worked is rarely paid, alot of effort is put in but the wage or reward is way too less

Egent pay should be advanced

compensation should be done as per hours worked.
