Leadership is very Cliquey and doesnt invest in employee growth
It's a startup that has a ton of potential. In terms of benefits, they are doing an amazing job to keep up with the "Big Companies" as best they can. We have unlimited PTO (and they actually want us to take it), paid health insurance, a wellness credit, 401K, and education benefits.
Management had a lack of self awareness, extreme narcissistic tendency including blame shifting, future faking, lying to employees with easily falsifiable lies and using negative emotions as a manipulation tactic. Hire a shrink and a lawyer before considering this place
Communication has gotten so much better. Great people.
