What do you like best about the leadership team?
Absolutely nothing at all. Rather we start replacing executives with A.I. like they offshore their skilled labor.
Everyone comes to work everyday wanting to make a change
They are generally supportive and great team players
Leadership here is the true definition of the term. They guide by example and are always understanding.
Always open to new ideas and approaches, sound financial approach to running the business.

The company refuses to provide wages, benefits and perks that are acceptable to the industry standards.

My team has reached out from day one to make sure im always included in team events
Such great people to work with. Smart and detetmined to do theit best daily!

As a whole, this is a mistrustful environment where everyone is out for themselves. No individual is bad per se, but the environment breeds suspicion and contempt.
