I don't have anything constructive

Everyone works together and gets along without a hitch. Best sales team I've been with for sure.

Diverse opinions are welcomed and encouraged.

We have FUN! We all work hard and collaborate together. I look forward to coming to work everyday because of my team.

As a whole, this is a mistrustful environment where everyone is out for themselves. No individual is bad per se, but the environment breeds suspicion and contempt.
