- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There was no sense of teamwork, respect, motivation, and a sense of honesty. Every man was for themselves, and it was suffocating to work alongside a two-faced team. All issues were either swept under the rug, or confronted behind your back.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team couldn't care less of the team manager's poor management style, as long as it didn't get in their way of promotions and success.
