being worked to the ground

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our coworkers within our team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

STOP mandatory overtime, pay us fairly. We need a raise. Many are looking for other jobs.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team tries to stay positive regardless of the horrible mandatory over time during the weekends.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other Advisors at different Colleges in Bakersfield get paid way more than what we get paid and they nearly do half of what we are required to do

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop mandatory Over Time on the weekends. Every advisor stays late for their students during the week. What we get paid hourly in not nearly enough for all the tasks we have to complete throughout the day and weeks afterwards.
