The mutual respect and communication amongst departments and the willingness to help each other at a moment's notice.

Talking to people with different backgrounds and stories and being able to be part of their journey as they are making their life-changing decisions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate director provides me with autonomy and confidence which I am truly grateful for. Takes the time to analyze and work on improving the process and how to provide better service to our students and prospects.
