They are approachable and open to feedback or new ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with students and knowing that even if in a small way, we are helping to guide them in the next stages of their lives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have the same end goal, which is student success. We collaborate well and can share ideas to come to the best resolve or practices.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all want what is best for you students and so encourage engaging classrooms and while there are policies and rules in place, it is encouraged that we all enjoy our time here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tenure, experience, and performance do not always seem to come into play when there are potential opportunities for merit increases as it is such a data driven company and everything is based on numbers, which does not always reflect a particular employees value to the company.
