Helping students and graduates become successful in their fields of study.

My immediate supervisor is very supportive. He knows how to motivate his team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a team player and works well together. We all want the whole team to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very team oriented culture. We are all part of the success of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about annual raises. I understand they are based on performance, but I have been a consistent performer. I went several years without seeing a pay increase with the exception of last year.
