When I started working for this company some of the co-workers were rude, but other than that it has been working out due to communicating with them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay rate. For the last 4 years I have done so many things for the company and my pay rate has not been a satisfaction.
