Very unorganized. Equipment is old, such as printers and laptops that we give to prospective students and we don't have a full time IT person to manage everything

Everyone communicates with each other in a positive way
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss is very positive every day, he makes my day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is not a minimal wage job but that is what I am paid, with more responsibilities being added
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Campus Safety, as in taking it seriously. There is a real threat on campus and our doors are not secure and our security is minimal. We have homeless people that live in the bushes behind the building and there have been a lot of car break ins. Also one of our windows got shot out in the CJ Lab
