Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most companies are stepping up their pay to be competitive with inflation and cost of living. Most of us get paid State minimum (Salary). We were told that no one was getting raises the last two evaluations. No increase in pay due to "covid".
