We have a true team mindset - we believe that coming together and being collaborative makes us all successful. Our goal is student success - graduation and employment!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I am a valued employee because our sr leaders communicate that regularly however, salary compensation across the board at SJVC is much lower compared to other institutions in our same market.
