Results. Knowing that we are changing lives.... One student at a time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a leader who is thoughtful and genuinely cares about my role and growth in the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is far below industry averages. I can't remember the last time our 401K had an employer contribution. We could easily offer a simple tuition benefit for FT employees. (And it's tax deductible for the company- Up to $5250.00.)
