What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know that I can reach out to those I work with and I will find help and a shoulder to lean on if needed. All that I have to do is ask.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team that I work with cares about each person they lead. This isn't for show or because they feel they have to do so, it's because we work closely together to achieve the same goals, in harmony.
What makes you most happy at work?
The comradery of the employees. The happiness of our students. The work that I perform. The changes that we make in the lives of our students. It's something that you can feel each day. Every day is a new opportunity to help someone who needs a hand.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite benefit is the ability to contribute and use FSA (Flexible Spending Account). I also appreciate that optical is free when medical is chosen. I use these a lot. I also appreciate the Employee Support Fund. It's a great way to help those we work with when they are in need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about deeply each other and our students. I work online and though I may never physically meet a coworker in person during their employment, I know and interact daily with so many, who are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and driven by the same goals, which are to help our students succeed.
