I enjoy coming to work, I feel a good balance of being challenged to grow in my title, with great support. I even get support from other areas that are not from my supervisor, just because they care about you and want to reflect a team effort.

They genuinely care and connect with you to feel like it's a team effort.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sick pay during Covid. It really helps, because thats one thing that is taken care while you fight Covid and struggle to recover 100%
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do, I believe it's making a difference in students. I love the autonomy to create ways for students to gain more knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seeing that leadership cares, Campus President, Academic Dean, Dean of students, Enrollment Director. Even our Facilitator never makes you feel like your bother them, while he is always assisting you.
