I've been on 3 teams during my SJVC career - I love that we seek like-minded, high energy professionals that are committed to student success!

I love the diversity! We have a talented team of leadership from all backgrounds. I also love the environment they foster - creativity and opportunities for advancement!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to write my own paycheck! I love that we have our students in mind and promote placement by offering competitive compensation for those that excel in the role!
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges I encounter each day motivate me to stay on pace and keep the students first in mind. The reward of helping secure employment for my graduates is what brings me most happiness at work!
