The general philosophy of the leadership team is positive and supportive.

My salary is not competitive with other equivalent positions in the state.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to support each other. We work well together and everyone pulls their weight.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees need to feel valued by providing good working equipment and technology support. Response to needs should be handled quickly and follow-up should be timely to ensure employee's needs are being met. Good employees should be compensated accordingly and provided perks to want to stay.
