Beginning was great. I feel leadership could be alot better and we need to feel more supported. My annual eval has not been done and should of been back in July 2021.

Seeing the student succeed and get hired in their field
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team in my program is awesome we all communicate very well and all want to see the students succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under paid for being a Director of a program lots of hard work and responsibilities! Would like to see employees getting a Xmas bonus versus a Christmas party.
