teamwork, real teamwork and honesty.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they treat each other very much like family, yet stay professional about it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
no package per se, work part time, however the life insurance and 401 are a nice perk.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing students "getting it" the light bulb going on and i helped facilitate that knowledge that can propel them in to a better future for all concerned, us, them, the employer's and our local economy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are motivated to get students working in the field of choice armed with real world knowledge and real learning, knowing the "why" of what they are doing not just the "how to", a balanced approach that fulfills both academics and practical "in field" experience .
