There are goods and bads. I am happy with some of the people I work with but sometimes there are others that are not the best to work with. I understand this can happen anywhere but at least it would be nice to have more benefit opportunities.

Some of the people on the team are always reliable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open ears and listen to any comments or complaints.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sitting at my desk working on grading listening to my music.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people walking around in the hallways are friendly and say Hi. Plus they sometimes have events with food.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health care needs more work. We pay for the health care and then still have to pay so much more money on top of that when we actually go to the doctor. Also, I feel that my pay should be better. I have had to cover so many people with work and those that call out probably get paid the same as me
