This is the best work experience I have had my entire career. I am a graduate from the electrical program at SJVC Ontario and I am very happy,excited and honored to work for the school who gave professional future. I am very happy to be part of this organization and am excited about my future here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I personally am a new hire and i just recently received my benefits packet and I have not gone through it yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very friendly it feels like a family environment. I personally work at two different locations and I am treated very well at both locations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are polite and professional. They made me feel like part of the team and have been flexible and understanding while I am learning what my responsibilities and duties are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone is friendly and has a positive attitude. Always ready to assist when I have any questions. And also how everyone truly cares about the students and the school.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am excited and eager to go to work everyday because it is not the same duties everyday it is always something different to do. And I enjoy the fact that I am able to see a problem and have the flexibility to fix the way I think is the best way.
