I am disappointed in the senior leadership. There have been several lapses in communication leaving junior leadership to scramble. Furthermore, discussions seem to go in one ear and out the other. I have very little confidence that anyone above actually understands my program at all.

Watching each of my students succeed.

Sherry is relatable and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am compensated appropriately for the amount of work I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are incredible. The program directors are excellent in their fields and have been a great resource for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My instructors are highly driven, intelligent, and kind. We have built a great team together. We can lean on each other and not one of us is better than the next.
